We have a modern home with an open main floor, a peaceful view of the valley below and the ocean 5 miles away, which makes for beautiful sunsets in the evenings. The main floor has a bedroom, bath and open kitchen/dining/living room which opens on to a deck with a BBQ grill and 3 person Jacuzzi tub. The house has a fireplace along with central heating/air conditioning. The upper floor has a large bedroom, small study with computer/hi speed internet and bath with separate walk-in shower and tub. The large garage, inclusive of a car for exchange, is under the main floor and contains a washing machine, dryer and pool table.

We are retired from the Aerospace Industry and education. We are flexible with time (we prefer spring or fall) and can also do non simultaneous exchanges. Adults only no pets and are unable to care for your pet.
