Two story authentic Spanish home in a neighborhood of custom homes. Near all major attractions and down town, on Point Loma peninsula, one mile from the beaches. Our TV is 46" Sony and does not require cable.

We are retired professional couple in our 60's. We travel extensively and always stay in private homes(B &B's,guest house, pensions) or hostels. We have seen most of the large cities in Europe and now enjoy the small cities and countrysides. We would prefer retired couples since exchanges are easier if you're flexible and without kids but everyone is welcome.
