Description of our house
Very relaxing and beautiful home inside
with beautiful surounding views located at 7000 feet above sea level. Local ridges to 10000 ft. Home is located on the 2 and 3 floors with the entry and garage on the first floor, due to heavy winter snow loads. During the winter the drive way is plowed after each storm. Summer time provides relaxing walks to the Home owners beach and more vigorous walks on the ridges and canyons close by.

Our neighborhoodVacation Home at winter ski resorts Royal Gorge for XC skiing & Sugar Bowl, Donner Ski Ranch for Down Hill Skiing. Summer time offers Home owners Beach which the kids love, 15 min walk. Excellent alpine ridge hiking, flowers in july.
River Rafting at Tahoe City 35 min drive. Lake Tahoe available at Tahoe City & Kings Beach.
Catch and Release Fishing at Ice Lakes, Many other lakes in the area also available with in 30 minutes drive.
Good shopping in Truckee, 15 min drive.
