Our home has the distinction of being named Centinial House, 100 years old, as is our town, just this past week by the city fathers. Our charming, two-story home is just steps from the beach, making it the perfect home-away-from-home for small families or couples looking for some California sunshine! With breathtaking views of the sparkling Pacific Ocean from two decks, our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is the ideal location for a much needed holiday away. Relax in one of 2 bedrooms on the entry level, or enjoy your time together in the adjacent sitting room, dining room, gourmet kitchen with new granite counters and travertine tile, and front deck with ocean view. Looking for some quiet time? Then spend an evening in the upstairs master retreat and leave the French doors open; inhaling the salty vapors of the ocean, with the rhythmic sound of the crashing waves, will slowly lull you to a restful slumber.

Greetings! We are Sheila and Steve, and we've been married for more years than we care to count! We have four grown children, and two grandchildren too, so it's time we ventured out and saw more of the world...like our kids have! Steve has been a local firefighter for close to 30 years now, and Sheila is an administrative assistant at the County Office of Education. We are looking to arrange our exchange via email so we can create the best possible experience for our guests.
