Only 2 hours from Phoenix, our cozy A-frame cabin is in a great location to many wonderful attractions such as the Grand Canyon, red rocks of Sedona, Sunset Crater, Wupatki Indian Ruins, San Francisco Peaks, and much more. Great hiking, golfing, museums, rock climbing, jeep tours, festivals, etc. The cabin has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and the loft upstairs has 3 twin beds. Deck in the front and the back with a pit for a game of horseshoes. We also have a 4 bedroom, 3000 sq ft house in Phoenix with a swimming pool that is a possibility for trade this fall. We have lived in Arizona all our lives and can be a terrific resource for planning your "trip of a lifetime".

The cabin is located 18 miles south of Flagstaff in a beautiful community of mostly summer homes. Golf course, driving range, country store and restaurant are only 5 minutes away. Hiking trails and ATV rentals right here in Munds Park. 30 minutes to Oak Creek Canyon (Sedona). 2 hours to Grand Canyon. Summer temps in Flagstaff high 70s to low 80s. Something about ourselves

We are Brad and Marianne, in our mid 50s with 2 grown children. We love to travel and learn, with a dose of adventure thrown in. Brad is a theologian and a former commercial beekeeper of 1600 beehives. Currently he is a Chaplain for a large retirement community in Phoenix. Marianne is Counseling Faculty at a community college and close to finishing her doctorate. She has a sabbatical this fall to finish her dissertation so we have freedom to do some travelling. We have gone along with our friends house swaps and now we have our own place to swap. We are looking forward to seeing new places and making new friends!
