Our home is located within the Johnson Ranch subdivision which is a family orientated community, well maintained with lots of amenities for everyone. There is an 18 hole golf course which meanders its way through the subdivision. The Clubhouse is well appointed with it's own restaurant/Bistro. The community has 2 large heated swimming pools open to owners and guests. Other amenities include a Lake view Recreation Center,2 lighted tennis courts, a picnic pavilion, several playgrounds and parks. Johnson Ranch also has a free 9 hole golf course for the use of owners and guests.There are many bike/walking trails.

There is a large Walmart, Fry's Grocery store, restaurants and other limited services in the immediate area. Larger shopping malls are within a 15 - 30 minute drive.

The main airport is Sky Harbor located in Phoenix which is approximately 1 hour away. Gateway/Mesa airport is closer (approximately 20 minutes away) but has limited flights.

Are names are Russell & Rosemary. We are "Snow Birds" who travel south every year to escape the cold, wet winters of Western Canada. We are a retired couple in our mid sixties with backgrounds in Policing/Human Resources (Russell) and Nursing (Rosemary).

We love travelling and meeting new people. We have completed several home exchanges over the past few years which have been very enjoyable. In our opinion it is the only way to travel abroad.

We can accomodate non simultaneous exchanges as this is our second home.
