Our tourhome is on Calle Acuarela - in Spanish the name says it all: Watercolor Lane. From the pink and gold sunsets to the teeming verdant desert, it's no wonder that the street is called Watercolor Lane. This newly remodeled townhome has tile floors throughout (except in bedrooms. Even the covered patio is tiled. The dining area is set up for four but the table is expandable for more guests. The fully equipped galley kitchen includes a breakfast area for two and upgraded appliances. Small appliances include toaster, crock pot, juicer, hand mixer and blender. There is a new micro fiber sofa and a recliner in the living room. Each of the spacious bedrooms has ample closet space and a personal TV with cable hookup. There is a king bed in the master and two singles in the second bedroom. For extra sleeping we have a single futon and a portable crib. The bathrooms have skylights, new highboy toilets and grab bars in the tub/showers. WIFI high speed wireless internet available. If you can pry yourself away from these wonderful accommodations there is a recreation center with pool, hot tub & shuffleboard just around the corner. A fitness room, pool tables and sauna are also available.

If you need extra space our son owns a townhouse across the street that sleeps six. This can be included in the exchange.

We are Dick and Maryann a married couple with three adult children. We are both retired - he from government services and she from her own business in the field of ceramic arts. We enjoy traveling, new experiences and being with our family. Dick loves to play bridge. We are lucky enough to be offering our second home as an exchange so it does not need to be a simultaneous exchange. Since we live in the area we would be glad to offer travel, dining and shopping advice. If you need a vehicle, that can be arranged as well. We are open to an exchange just about anywhere at any time - tempt us.
