Our home is located in an Arizona retirement community known as Dolce Vita. If you are looking for some place sunny, the "Arizona Valley of the Sun" is your destination. One exchange partner must be 55 or older. The home has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed; and the bath is accessed from the central hallway of the house. We have an open living room, kitchen, and dining area. We purchased the home within the last year; and we have installed new laminate flooring, re-painted all surfaces, and worked with a professional decorator in purchasing most of the furnishing. The home has a outdoor screen room, storage room, and carport. The central hallway houses the washer and dryer; and the computer room is in the hallway space leading to the screen room. We have a full view of Superstition Mountain of the Lost Dutchman Goldmine folklore; and we are located directly across from the Dolce Vita Clubhouse. The home has central heating and air conditioning; and the water supply is equipped with a water softener and a reverse osmosis water filter. We use cell phones exclusively, thus there is no phone in the house. The computer room is equipped with a Dell Inspiron 1721 with printer; and the computer operates through a broadband cell card. The home is a lovely space; and the living room is special with leather reclining chairs and a fifty inch color television via satellite.

The retirement community of Dolce Vita is on the edge of Apache Junction, Arizona. Do visit the Dolce Vita web site at http://www.dolcevitaaz.com for a complete review of the retirement community. We are near Interstate 60 which gives us full access to the cities of Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Phoenix, and Scottsdale. The shopping is outstanding. We are also near the Canyon Lake recreation area and the Tonto National Forest for those who enjoy nature. The red rocks of Sedona and Prescott are day trips away; Flagstaff, the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, and Lake Havasu City, the new home of the London Bridge on the Colorado River, and historic Tombstone are overnight trips. Arizona is the old West of America with historic sites and hiking trails everywhere. Dolce Vita means "the good life". We have found it here; and are willing to share. Something about ourselves

We are Nancy and Bob Graham, married for some forty-six years, with three grown children, and three grandchildren. We met while attending a university; and both earned degrees. I am 73; and Nancy is 67. She is retired from the State of Arkansas as a social worker; and I am retired from the State of Arkansas and Southern Arkansas University. Following our retirement, we sold our home, gave the furniture to the children, purchased a recreation vehicle, and have traveled the United States and Canada for the past seven years. We have visited Ireland, England, Scotland, and Wales. We love to travel-just about anywhere. Our legal residence is Arkansas; but we spend a lot of time in Arizona. Still have the recreational vehicle and truck to pull it with. Could include this option in an exchange.
