We offer a lovely golf course townhouse in Sedona, Arizona, widely acclaimed to be one of the most beautiful and spectacular places in the U. S. About a ninety minute, scenic drive north, from Phoenix, and about two hours south of the Grand Canyon, Sedona offers spectacular scenery, great weather year-round, outstanding restaurants, wonderful art, shopping and hiking galore!.
From the deck of our lovely townhouse, you will overlook the community golf course and in the near distance will have fantastic views of some of the famous red rocks of Sedona, including Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte.
The roomy, one-level house (1650sqft/154sqmeters living space) can accommodate up to four adults and features cathedral ceilings, large living room, a master suite with a king size bed and oversize bath, and a guest room with a queen size bed and separate bath. There is a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, fireplace, two-car garage, washing machine and dryer, a 9-Hole, par 3 community golf course, swimming pool and tennis courts.
This is a second home for us, so we can be very flexible with dates and our exchange does not have to be simultaneous. We ask that you be non-smokers and no pets please.
We are two adults with varied interests. He is retired, She is University faculty/aviation.
