Our home is located in beautiful Prescott, AZ. It is a custom built, spacious home with many, many amenities including coffered ceilings, large back deck, 2 patios, instant hot water throughout, beautiful tile and carpet flooring and a stunning view. There is a king bed in the Master Suite and a king bed in one of the bedrooms. The other bedroom has twin beds.

We are located in Prescott Lakes, a golf and country club. This is a quiet, upscale neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Prescott is a growing community, elevation 5200', situated in the pines. We are much cooler here than southern AZ with an average high temperature of 55 degrees (13C)during the winter and 84 degrees (29C) during the summer. Average rainfall is 19 inches, with an occasional snowfall in the winter. Hiking, biking, boating, fishing, golf and tennis are just a few of the opportunities for fun that are nearby. We are just a short drive (2 hours) from the Grand Canyon and a 4-hour drive to Las Vegas, Nevada. Something about ourselves

I am a family practice physician; my husband is retired from computer sales. We are in our fifties/early sixties, non-smokers, have 4 grown children, 6 grandchildren and 2 (well-behaved) dogs. Roger is an avid golfer, we are both avid tennis players and enjoy hiking, kayaking and I do some scuba diving when I can. We love to travel, meet people and explore other countries and cultures. If we are unable to accommodate a simultaneous exchange, we have a large guest area and are open to the idea of hosting fellow exchangers as hospitality/"do-it-yourself" guests. Of course, we will treat your home with the same care and attention that we treat our own home.
