Description of our house
Small 2 bed (1 double & 1 single) seaside holiday apartment, ground floor corner position surounded by three balconys and small gardens to all sides. Just 75 meters to the sea, with a beautiful promenade. Combined lounge (convertible sofa) and kitchen, with small utility room for washing machine and microwave. There are 2 aircons, 1 in the double bedroom and one in the lounge. We have a private entrance to the apartment accessed from the side balcony. English TV channels inc. 5 English language film channels 24hrs + dvd player.

Our neighborhoodFethiye is a small lovely harbor and market town. There are beaches at Olu Denise and Calis, with other small secluded coves, and we are surrounded by areas of great antiquity and historical importance. The whole area waits to be explored, with wonderful vistas at every turn. All the neighbours are Turkish which gives a great ambiance to the area, with their kindness and hospitality to strangers. Fethiye is one hours drive from Dalaman Airport.

Something about ourselvesI am a retired Theatre Sister from Manchester, England. Now 65years old, I have been married for 16yrs to a turkish man who is semi-retired. We lived first of all in Kaya Koy, then for the past 12years in this small but cosy apartment. This will be my first house swap. And I will be traveling alone as my husband still occasionally has to work. He will be living in the apartment above ours, so he is there to give any information or help as needs be. The sun shines here none stop, and Fethiye is the place to be for those people who revel in a hot climate during the summer months. I am looking for cooler climes next summer, and would embrace every rainy day. I am a non smoker.
