Have you ever wanted to love in a 5 star hotel on a tropical beach with room service. Our apartment is 2 bedroom 220 sq meters, all new furniture, A/c 50" plasma and a 34" TV and much more. Two different hi speed internet systems just in case. Cable TV and a gym just to keep you fit.
Our unit is serviced 3 times a week, a 2 minute walk to the beach down a jungle path (not suitable for people not fit and not suitable for wheel chair access but really very easy).
You wake up to the noise of the waves, the jungle birds and fresh fresh air. We have just put a new modern kitchen in the unit. You have an incredible jacuzzi bath tub plus a very large shower unit. Check out the hotel at http://www.aspasiaphuket.com you will be simply amazed.
The unit has 2 separate suites so if you come with friends they will have their own entrance for complete privacy, just not kitchen but does have a fridge and het water etc.
OH AND GUESS WHAT WE JUST BOUGHT A 3 BEDROOM HOUSE 3 MILES FROM THE STRIP IN LAS VEGAS THAT IS BEAUTIFUL AND ON A 27 HOLE GOLF COURSE IN A GUARDED ESTATE. We are just off Kata Beach right in the heart of all the night life and shopping and restaurants. The walk down to the shops is a steep hill but keeps you very fit.
The nice thing about being in a 5 star hotel you have help just aphone call away, a restaurant and the place is 100% maintained including your laundry, yes feels like heaven, well I suppose it really is. AS we stated the unit gets cleaned 3 times a week and that is all included !!!!
As we stated we now also have a 200 Sq meter HOUSE on a GOLF COURSE In LAS VEGAS 3 miles from the strip. So both are available for NON Simutaneous exchanges We are just off Kata Beach right in the heart of all the night life and shopping and restaurants. I am English, live in San Diego/Las Vegas and Phuket, now about 50% of my time in Phuket as I simply love it. We work from home via the internet and I run a company that manages gas stations in the USA - The rest of the time I travel to Uk or USA or Home Exchanges - as our unit has a separate 1 bedroom suite normally we can accommodate people at the same time we are here as it is completely private and self contained except a working kitchen. I enjoy life we travel alot and feel this is a great way to see places we really like to visit.
