Description of our house

Our home is extremely comfortable, clean, and spacious. It has a large open plan kitchen, living and dining room. The patio overlooks a large walled tropical garden with 11mtr pool that is completely private. While the master bedroom on the second floor, with a balcony and separate office, which can also sleep one if necessary, have views of the bay which is only 100mtrs away. The second bedroom is on the ground floor and is equal to the master bedroom with sliding glass doors to the swimming pool. Both bedrooms have a bath, separate shower and toilet. The third bedroom is a second office with a futon suitable for one person or two children, it has its own shower and toilet Pool boy and gardener come and service the garden and the pool. Car is available by negotiation. This is our main home and we are very proud of it and would want people who take pride in staying here.

Ideally located as a touring base, our area offers easy access to all of Phuket's attractions, Rawai is situated on the southern tip of Phuket, with Naiharn Beach a few minutes away by car. While the villa is set off the road and remains quiet and private and safe, there is a large variety of restaurants, bars, activities and entertainment venues just minutes away. We are Tom and Sue, a married couple with two adult children. We are both professionals and enjoy travelling when able to get away. Although we have travelled extensively, we have not done a home exchange before. But, we are keen to try what sounds a great way to see another countries way of life as a resident - and allow someone to see ours. We would expect to arrange an exchange some way in advance in order to get to know our fellow exchangers via email first to see how best we can facilitate their stay in Thailand and hopefully they would do the same for us.
