Everyone is awe inspired by the view as soon as they open the door. The condo is designed to take advantage of the great bay, island, mountain and beach view. It's only 50 meters from the ocean, so you can relax on the terrace and listen to the waves from the 17th floor terrace and lounge. It even has a home cinema (10 foot 3D screen!! surround sound system- Sony, high definition Active3D, with a Movie library!) I've taken advantage of the sea breeze, with louvers, often no need to use the air con!! (It doesn't get the afternoon sun) The weathers warm year round, even nicer in quiet season (June to august). Rainy season usually means an occasional afternoon shower. The building has 20 floors, the condo is on 17th. There are spacious open to the air corridors. The building is set in a secure garden setting on the beachfront. The Four 24 hour security guards, always welcome you with a famous Thai smile and salute. Within the grounds, there is a restaurant, and very large pool - free to use. Four and five star resorts make up the neighbourhood. The condo is ideal for a couple. The main room is open plan with wooden louver blinds that can make the bedroom area separate/private. The king size bed can be made into two single beds. (Down pillows/lambswool layover) Theres a very small guest bedroom. The apartment is really designed to ''totally spoil'' one or two people. Available:

On Dong Tan beach, between Jomtien & Pattaya, there are deck chairs and full meal drink and massage service on the beach in front. It's Pattaya's most exclusive beach- no cars spoil the beach atmosphere in my area. Pattaya usually has perfect beach weather year round. There are afternoon sunshowers for about an hour in the ''wet season'' June to October. Its nicer then- as every things green and the view is clearer. Pattaya has 8 Major shopping centers within 10 minutes of the condo, and the main entertainment district is only 5 minutes away. Central Beach Festival is Proclaimed - Asia's biggest beachfront mall. There's three new cinema complexes with 28 screens, .(tickets US$3.5) Hundreds of trendy bars and restaurants to choose from. 30 minutes boat ride to the nearest island, with white sand and clear water. There's great food and drink service on the beaches there too. It's only 45 minutes to Bangkok's airport and 2 hours by bus to Bangkok $3.50 ticket. It's 2 1/2 hours by AIR ASIA (return$220) to Macau and Hong Kong...to go shopping or gambling? One hour ($40 flight) to Chaing Mai in the north . Or Puhket, Phi Phi Islands are an hour south by air. A one hour flight to Phnom Penh and nearby Ankor Wat is popular. My condo is the Ideal base for an Asian holiday, as well as a destination its self.
