Our home is a one bedroom villa in enclosed private garden with private swimming pool. It is part of a secure gated community with club house and large community pool and restaurant. The house is 500 metres from the beach, local restaurants, bars and shopping. The house has airconditioning, modern kitchen, bathroom and living area. There is also an outside eating area near the pool. Local vegetable and food market is next door to the complex. Inexpensive transport into Pattaya is at the door. The cost of living in Thailand is approximately one third of the cost in Europe, UK, USA or Australia.

The house is situated in Jomtien Beach about three kilometres from Pattaya and 150 kilometres south east of Bangkok. Taxi from Bangkok Airport to Jomtien Beach is inexpensive (US$20). Local facilities include beach, shopping, bars, nightlife, restaurants ranging from local inexpensive Thai to luxurious European. All local facilities are within walking distance from the house. We are a semi-retired Australian couple who have moved to Thailand (The Land of Smiles) for a more relaxed and affordable lifestyle. We love to travel, go to the gym and enjoy good food and wine. Our house has been described as "un petit bijoux" (a little gem) and would be suitable for anyone looking for an oasis where you can feel totally at home whilst experiencing life in another country.
