Bright and open with spacious ensuite bathroom and walking closet in every bedroom plus a guest bathroom and separate maid's quarter. 3 bedrooms with king bed and 1 with queen bed. A playground set with swing and rope/rock climbing for small children in the garden. Maid for cleaning available.

A quiet neighborhood in the city close to shopping, dinning, and public transportation. It is within the main expat residential area. Lots of local shops, food and fruit stalls along the main road as well as restaurants, 24 hour supermarket, ATMs, and convenient stores all within walking distance from our home. Major shopping/dinning complex (Emporium mall) is just 3 stations via the Sky train. Something about ourselves

My husband(50) and I(47) are US citizens working and living in Thailand. we have a 6 year old daughter. We return to the US every summer for about 1 month to visit our families located in New York and Connnecticut. We enjoy traveling, fine dining, and spending time with our daughter. We travel throughout the year on weekends and school holidays to other nearby countries. I am a nursery teacher and my husband is semi-retired. We've had 2 very successful exchanges.
