Located in the midst of the wonderful and attractive pre-Alpine recreation area of the nearby City of Zurich, the village of Uetliburg is nestled atop the end of the Upper Lake. The house, situated way above the fog line, boasts a magnificent panorama of the Alps to the south and offers breathtaking sunsets over the Lake of Zurich. The spacious property size is 4500 square meters promising undisturbed privacy. Hiking, biking and ski ? touring are possible from the immediate vicinity of the house enabling excursions to nearby alpine cabins offering typical Swiss fare. *** Inmitten des wunderbaren Naherholungsgebietes von Zürich, am oberen Zürichsees liegt Uetliburg. Das Haus ist oberhalb der Nebelgrenze. Gegen Süden schweift der Blick über ein unvergleichliches Alpen Panorama. Im Südwesten (Sonnenuntergang) liegt der Zürichsee. The travelling time by car to the cities of Zurich, Luzern, St. Gallen, Liechtenstein and to Zurich International Airport is about 45 minutes. The large ski resorts of Graubunden ( http://www.laax.com )are within an hour of driving; the nearby Flumserberg ski resort just a short 20 minute car ride. Cities, such as Munich (Germany) and Milano (Italy) are approximately 2.5 hours away.
