Our 5 piece apartment, containing both a dining room with kitchen and a large living room is part of a new and modern 14 flat-house. All bedrooms and the living room are leading to the large sunny terrace. A piano waits in the living room to be played. There live other families with young children in the house. At the moment we can provide sleeps for 2 children and 2 adults. 2 additional sleeps are provided by a folded-up sofa and a separate matress. And a separate baby cod can be build up, too. In the cellar there are several bikes to be used.

The house is situated at the outskirts of town, in a calm and village-like neighborhood. Apart from birds and a few piece of sheep and the local bus you hear almost nothing of the busy town. Nevertheless the town centre, the main railway station, the old town and the shores of the Lake of Lucerne are reached within a 10 minutes bus ride or a 15 minutes walk. The local bus service runs about every 5 minutes in rush hour up to every 15 minutes in the late evening. The surrounding of the house is family and children friendly, numerous children playgrounds are in front of the house or reached within a few minutes walk. A large forest is very near. A small department store is found just across the street. Bigger supermarkets are reached downtown, the next one within a few minutes bus or car ride. Something about ourselves

We are a social worker and a college teacher (biology) in the 40s with 2 boys of 3 and 6 years. Our interests are traveling, hiking, biking, culture and nature watching in general. We own no car as excellent public transport is provided in our country and distances are short.
