Because we have a lot going on in 2012/13, we looking only for a swap in the region of switzerland. Our preferred location will be somewhere in the Alps (Maiensäss). We speak (swiss)-german.

We offer a large and beautiful apartment (penthouse) with view direct to the Mount of Pilatus. The apartment is located in the suburb from the city of lucerne. By bike you enjoy the ride into the city within 10 minutes. By bus within 20 min.
We have 4 bedrooms: one with one single bed, one with one (or two) baby-bed(s), one with a single bed and one withe a single bed and an additional mattress. There is one large living room with a kitchen where all the family can eat. It's a big apartment with a huge terrace. All the room are on the same floor!
In the cellar there is an own washmachine/drye. We also have a big FIAT Transport you can use during your stay with 7 seat. The car only will be exchanged, if we also can have something similar. If we travel not by plane, then we need our car ourself. ** For 2012 and 2013 **

In front of the house there are 2 playgrounds where our children loves playing. Our neighbors are very nice and pleasant. Everyone speaks good English, and some even come from America or England. So it is no problem that your children can make contact!
In the immediate area in walking distance is a farm where to find the small pet animals and the farmer can help to feed the cows.
The public bus you drive within 20 minutes in the city of Lucerne, right into. Or you take the bike and drives within 15 Minutes.
The Mount Pilatus ( http://www.pilatus.ch is a must!
If it is bad weather, there is much to see in the area. For example, the transport museum is one of the best museum in the world (see http://www.verkehrshaus.ch or you can enjoy shopping. Or you can travel by train within two hours in the southern part of Switzerland, famous for the sunny and warm weather. Since we do a lot with our children, we can give you many tips to make your stay unforgettable. In front of the house there are 2 playgrounds where our children loves playing. We are a family of five. Chris, 37 works as an helicopterpilot in the army, and likes to play with our children and enjoy the sunset on the terrace. Karin, 34, works as an language adult teacher. She likes to play (beach-)volleyball and spend time with friends and family. We have three wonderful children, boys (twins) in the age of 6, and a girl in the age of 2.
We try to spend as much time together as a family as possible. We spend most of our free-time doing sports or enjoying the outdoorlife. In the winter we like to go skiing down hill or go ice skating. In the summer we like to have friends over for a barbercue. We go swimming in the in the sea or hiking in the mountains. We are a family of five.
