Nice family house (built in 1997) in quiet residential area. Beautiful view on the lake and the Jura mountains. Garden with swimming-pool. Basement and garage. Downstairs : livingroom, kitchen with access to the garden, little bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (one with Master bed, the 2 others with only one single bed), office with one bed, and the bathroom.

Estavayer is a small historic and touristic town in the french speaking part of Switzerland. 10 minutes walking and you're in the town, 10 more and you're on the beach. Central situation to discover the country : 60' to Geneva (nearest airport), 30' to Lausanne or Berne. You can also easily reach France or the Swiss Alps in 90' with the highway. Pleasant neighbours. We are mid-40 (I'm teaching in a college) and we have a daughter of 19 and a son of 15. We're very tidy and the youngsters are careful with things. We already made four exchanges (New Hampshire, California, Florida and Ireland).
