The apartment is located on a residential street in central Stockholm, on the island of Södermalm. Public transport is excellent and there are restaurants, bars, cinemas, parks and shopping of every kind right on your doorstep! A local bus from Cityterminalen/Central Station gets you here in less than 10 minutes. One bus from just around the corner offers arguably the most picturesque route in the city and will take you to many major tourist attractions within minutes, including the Old Town and the City Hall. Another bus takes you to the Djurgården ferry, the Royal Palace, Kungsträdgården and the main shopping areas in the city, where you can also catch the tram or bus to Djurgården.

Within a couple of minutes' walk in one direction, you reach the square Medborgarplatsen, where you'll find a food hall, cinemas and lots of restaurants and bars. Going in the opposite direction and turning right at the end of the street will take you to Vitabergsparken, the largest park in the area. Turning left takes you to the spectacular views and historical buildings at Fjällgatan (and to many of the sites featured in the Millenium series of books about Lisbeth Salander!).
