Our house is located in Hemmesta in Värmdö just outside of Stockholm. Modern home with large, open spaces and a large garden.

Nice and quiet neighbourhood. 2 min walk to the bus which takes 30 mins to Stockholm City. Public transportation is superb in Stockholm. Hemmesta has its own grocery store (5 min walk) and several more stores are to be found in Mölnvik (5 min drive) which is the local shopping center. 5 min drive/bus to nearest beach and there are plenty of them around here. We are a family of four. Christian and Cecilia (both 38) and our two sons, 2 and 5 years old. Christian works with b2b sales and Cecilia works as public relations consultant. We have done three house exchanges since 2010, all with Spain: Costa de Brava, Fuerteventura and Jerez de la Frontera, which have been fantastic experiences. And we are looking forward to the next!
