We offer a villa with a 1 1/2 plane built in 1992 with a lush beautiful easy-care garden. The plot is hidden by a beautiful dense hedge in summer, so you can walk around in a bikini without anyone watching you :-) During the summer we offer Lazy spa, an outdoor pool. It heats up to 40 degrees Celsius and is lovely to relax in. We use the chlorine to keep it clean.
We also have a small kitchen garden where we grow rhubarb, strawberries, raspberries and strawberries. This does not require much work and you are welcome to enjoy the berries when you stay in our house. We have a swingset and sand box in our garden for children.
We have a normal sized kitchen with everything you need plus a spacious table for at least 6 people. On the first floor we have a kitchen, living room with a spacious sofa and fireplace for chilly days. From the living room you come out to our built-in porch, where it's nice to sit and eat in the evening sun. We also offer a grill for good kocking during summertime.
Downstairs you will also find two bedrooms for children (picture coming soon), one with broader bed, 120 cm and one with a regular 90 cm. We also have one toilet and shower on the first floor. We live in a moderately large town called Nyköping http://www.nykopingsguiden.se You can find almost everything here. We are close to recreation areas (2 min) with jogging trails and picnic sites. We also have a playground in the vicinity for young children. The area we live on is quiet and is inhabited by many families.
We have a beach just outside Nyköping, about 13 km, and nearby cities Oxelösund (15 km) with many beaches and cliffs and Nävekvarn (25 km) which is at sea. Read more about the great lakes we swim in: http://www.nykopingsguiden.se
To the delight of the families we have a bath house only 1 km away from us with waterslides and wave machine. It is open all year round and in summer they offer outdoor pools that are 30 degrees hot. It is 5 km down to the town where you'll find shopping, fine restaurants and cozy cafés. We have Nyköpings house, which is an old castle. You also have a museum near the castle. http://www.infonykoping.se The port is also within walking distance of city center and offers restaurants, fine canoe stage and large playground.
Do wish to travel a bit, you have Stockholm, our capital city, only one hour by train or car. Children under 12 travel free with an adult if you take the train.

We are a family of five, I, Jaana, 39 years, Tony, my husband, 41 years and our children John, age 10, Simon, soon 8 years and Theo, soon 5 years. I work as a marketing assistant/inside sales staff and my husband works with internet marketing. We very much enjoy being outdoors and near the ocean with our family. The kids love to go swimming in public baths, where we are often, as it is so close. We are very interested to get to know different culture, other places and meeting interesting people. Travelling and letting our children to experience this, is our goal. We will take care of your home as it would be ours.
