Este apartamento es una segunada vivienda, situado a 30 metros de la playa de arena, cerca de la localidad de Gandia y de Denia.
Dispone de tres habitaciones con un total de 4 camas (matrimonio, doble e individual), una cocina/comedor con barra americana y aire acondicionado, un baño con ducha, calentador eléctrico y lavadora. Una gran terraza con toldo y sombrilla, ideal para tomar el sol, bañarse, jugar los niños y aprovechar la brisa del mar para cenar.
Dispone de todos los utensilios de cocina, aseo y ropa de cama para la estancia.

This apartment is our second home, located 30 meters from the sandy beach. It is near the towns of Gandia and Denia.
It has three rooms with a total of 4 beds (double, twin and single), a kitchen / dining room with and air conditioned and LCD TV 22 ", bathroom with shower, electric heater and washing machine. A large terrace with awning and parasol, ideal for sunbathing, swimming, playing children and take advantage of the sea breeze for dinner.
It has all the kitchen utensils, toiletries and bedding for your perfect and confortable staying.
And just 30 meters from the sea! Este apartamento es una segunada vivienda, situado a 30 metros de la playa de arena, cerca de la localidad de Gandia y de Denia.
