Our holiday home. Is a new apartment located on to private residential area, in one of the most beautiful places in the Mediterranean sea, a short walk from the beach, 8 minutes on foot to the beach, whit a large swimming pool on site for adults, two swimming pools for children and two jacuzzi. There are too 4 Gymnasiums, 4 Sauna, BBQ, 2 tennis courts, 2 paddle courts, an heated swimming pool and a playground for kids It’s sunny and comfortable. It has a fully fitted kitchen adjoining dining room, all mod cons, sitting room with a sofa-bed and a terrace with wonderful sea and mountain views. It is close to shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and ensuite, and other whit a twin bed or two single beds and a supplementary bed. 2 bathrooms (one with tub, one with shower), living-dining area, closed kitchen and three terraces. There are two air conditioning units in one bedroom and lounge. The large front terrace overlooks the garden with bio orange and lemon trees. Sun is always at home even in winter. It is ideal for relaxing with children.

Our neighborhood
The neighbourhood is very quiet an peaceful, there are many restaurants around it (cheaps and expensives). The beach, which is situated 300 mt from the apartment, is long with soft sand. It is a great place to stay near to Valencia, a great, big and cosmopolitan city with a lot of entertainment. We have great local markets, festivals and outdoor entertainment during the summer months. Perfectely situated to discover the mediterranean coast: 60km south of Valencia, where one finds The City of Arts and Sciences, a great city with airport, the "Science museum", F1 circuit, American's cup and so many other amenities, which is a big spectacle for the view. 60 km north of Benidorm whit the amusement park Terra Mitica and 120km north of Alicante with the Altet Airport. The temperature in winter goes from 4-9ºC in the morning to 12-16ºC. Summer between 25 to 30ºC. A place for sun, calm and relax. We are a family with 3 grown up children 11,15 and 19 years old.. I am a teacher and my wife a nurse.. We sometimes travel all together. We are calm, and very respectful people.. We are interested in swapping houses on Summer, Easter time or Christmas. This will be our first home exchange. Since this is our holiday home you are welcome to come any time of year as the micro-climate makes it lovely all year. July and August are high season but not more crowded.
