Description of our house
We offer a spacious, clean and wide apartment in the centre of Valencia. We have four bedrooms, three of them with two beds and another one double, three bathrooms, and a large kitchen. The living room has attached to it a balcony from where you can observe Calatrava's architecture (such as L'Hemisféric).

Our neighborhoodThe community has 24 hour under surveillance and offers too a swimming-pool, a gym with all the equipment needed, and a sauna. The apartment is located in a green area where you can walk and practice any sport. There is a bus stop in the same street that will allow you to get to the beach in only ten minutes. In 5 minutes you can get to a subway stop to the beach, the centre of the city, or to the area where you will experience the busy night life of Valencia.
