Our house is very sunny, warm and open to the sea. In a very nice and private neighborhood, our house is five minutes walk to great beaches,...and also at five minutes walk from the heart of the town center, in a very relaxed zone in urban town center. The house has a big terrace where you can enjoy summer night dinners and nice Mediterranean sea views, with a big community garden, surrounded of nice flours, playground area and swimming-pool. The house consists of open plan downstairs with a large kitchen, dining room, WC and living room, with a nice view on our balcony. Upstairs we a big terrace. Downstairs we have the bedrooms, bathrooms and studio. Satellite channels let you watch some english and french TV programs. Friendly neighbors (some speak English). Car swap is welcome,

Our neighborhood
We are very close to popular places like Port Aventura (Universal), Salou, Cambrils (10km), Barcelona (90 km- one hour by car or train) or Madrid (2 ½ hours with high speed train). Our town, Tarragona, has a great cultural heritage with a number of Roman vestiges. Another point of interest are the 3 citer monasteries of Poblet, Vallbona and Santes Creus. You can enjoy very nice restaurants, sea-food specialized and you can admire the fishermen arriving with the daily fresh fish to the harbor. To travel further away (Barcelona airport 50 minutes drive) and Reus airport at 10 minutes drive for low-cost companies to the main European cities and other Spanish cities (Sevilla, Santader, Mallorca...) We are Mar and Luis, a couple in middle 40s with two 10 years-old twins, a boy and a girl (Clara and Luis). We are both professionals (psychologist and business manager).
