Our home is an spacious, comfortable and lightfull apartment of 100 m2. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the mayor bedroom includes one of the bathrooms and the guest bedroom has two single beds. a well equipated kitchen. A large living room with two sofas where 2 people can sleep, internet, 32" lcd tv and home cinema. Marble floor, automatic climate control. The building has a heated pool, gym, a sauna in each dressing room, 24h security. We have a parking place and we are open to exchange cars (a two places convertible or a vw golf for more people).

Our neighborhood
Our building is in a main avenue but in a quiet residential area with an small park in the back. Well comunicated with a bus stop in front of the building that leads you to the center and to the airport. Three supermarkets are in the other side of the avenue. Something about ourselves
We are a couple (Patricio and Mariola, 37-34 years old) with no children and no pets but probably travelling with another couple of friends. We love to travel but this will be our first exchange.  = marks the location of this home
