The flat is in the city center. It has living and dinning room, one bedroom, two bathrooms, and the kitchen. In the bedroom a double bed and a possible extra bed for the living room. The house is new, and has lift and garage.

Aviles is located in the central coastal of Asturias. Due to its proximity to the Atlantic, temperatures are normally mild. The house is in the city center, the city has more or less 100 thousand population, and is situated in the strategic centre of Asturias, the ideal setting to visit all the territory. If you like nature, cuisine, beautiful scenarios, this is your place. You can enjoy fishing, water sports, climbing, hiking, etc. and visiting the important Spanish National Park (Picos de Europa) just over an hour from the town. From Asturias airport you can flight very cheap with easy jet to London, Geneve, and Lisbon, and from others like Santander and Valladolid (two hours) you can travel with Ryanair to Roma, Frankfurt, Brussels, etc. The exchange can included an apartment up in the mountains (Felechosa), a perfect place to walk, hike, and enjoy beautiful scenary of the mountains.
