This is our home,built 4 years ago. It's a spacious flat of 100m with a 40m terrace, at the very top of a seven floor building facing south west. In the summer we sometimes put a small swimming pool on the terrace which has a swinging bench,many plants, lawn, and wooden terrace furniture. Inside everything is quite new and has all mod-cons. There are four bedrooms. The main double has on-suite bathroom. The kitchen and living room are connected by a bar. There is parking in the garage building.

Oviedo is a small capital city in the heart of the Pricipality of Asturias, Spain. The flat is 15 mins walk from the historic centre of the city but at the same time is just a few minutes away from fields and walks. Like all Spainish cities there are endless restaurants, bars and pubs and the old part of the city is really beautiful. Asturias is a very green, mountainous region which also has lots of lovely beaches to visit in the summer. It's a safe place to live. Something about ourselves

We are Mick and Mercedes, in our fourties, with our little four-year-old son and a baby girl 6 months. We are both professionals; a teacher and an economist and we enjoy going somewhere new. We love swimming and discovering places. We have now done 3 house swaps in Swizerland, France and Ibiza. Our experience of house swapping has been great!
