You can come this summer: 20th July - 31st August (Non-simultaneous). We are now looking for a swap to travel between February '14-March '14.

We exchange an one bedroom, one bathroom apartment on the ground floor of a buildings. It is illuminated by natural light all the day. It has a pretty kitchen with stainless steel sink and oven with extractor above, integrated washing machine, fridge/freezer, fitted cupboards and tiled floor; big bedroom with large window to front, wooden floors, 1,50m bed, fitted wardrobe and armchair of massages; bath with shower and window; good size living-dining room, with TV and a sofa-bed Italian model (can sleep 2 people), leading to a exterior 16m2 terrace where you can have breakfast, have lunch, have dinner enjoying the sun. Also, kids can play there. It has an interior terrace too, smaller than the other one.
The building has private swimming-pool and garden (as you can see in the picture).

The apartment is located in the outskirts of Sanxenxo (near Lanzada beach: 10 minutes walking) so it is a calm zone. Near the building there are a supermarket and snack-bars with WIFI. Also, in the area you can do the route of the Rías Baixas wine (visit the warehouses where the wine is made).
Lanzada beach has a wood path along to the beach to run, ride a bike, walk... (you can see it in picture).
It is 50 km from Vigo (a very interesting video of the city of Vigo and the people, their culture and tourism in English: http://www.youtube.com There is a must visit Cies Islands. There is one of the 10 best beaches of the world ( http://www.youtube.com - in Spanish). Cies Islands are considered natural and national park so it is like a paradise!

Also, it is 60 km from Santiago de Compostela and 20 km from the city of Pontevedra.
The cities of Sanxenxo, Portonovo and O Grove are very close (4 km). There you can enjoy the nocturn life (discos, bars, pubs), restaurants (try the Galician shellfish; taste Rías Baixas wine) and other beaches.
