A very charming town house in a most charming area, high standard furniture and decoration, 10 minutes away with a car from Puerto Banus with the glittering life, if thats what you want, or just step out of the house to walk in the mountains, 2 swimming pools belongs to the comunidad, 50/100 mt away. Old town of Marbella 15 min away, and all the Andalusian history and culture within reach. Not recommended to people with walking problems and disabeld, 3 story house, and the village itself is made on hills with stairs to climb. Sitting on the terraces, 3 of total 100 m2, looking at the sunset over Gibraltar and African coastline, a wonderful way to end the day.

Situated 5 km from the coast, 250 m above sealevel with the most fantastic view. Something about ourselves

We are a family, 60 years old, in textiles business, traveling around Europe frequently the last 35 years, and during the last 10 years had this as a retreatplace to wind down, use it only 5-6 weeks a year and can consider swopping it for similar flats/houses in interesting areas, instead of staying at hotels, we do travel to other places, if not for business anymore, just for pleasure.
