Nice one bedroom attic apt. in Madrid center -70 sq.m. + 20 sq. m. terrace- south-east oriented. Terrace has dining table, hammock, barbecue.... Air conditioned, two large hd tvs in living room and bedroom, hi-fi, cable tv, hi speed wi fi internet, pc computer, and if you like gaming I have a ps3 and even an 80s original arcade machine! Kitchen has everything you may need, including washing machine. Spacious bedroom with 135x200 bed. Cleaning service once weekly.

Our neighborhood
Embajadores area is really quiet but centric, close to everything, walking distance from shops, museums, restaurants, etc. Metro station is a couple blocks away, only three quick stops (15 min) to Puerta del Sol. Building has 24h concierges, green area, children playground, one large swimming pool and another small one for kids.  = marks the location of this home
