Apartment orientated to the northwest in a calm urbanization in the mountain range of Madrid with swimming pool, playpark, field of tennis and gardens. To 4 minutes walking there is a stop of bus that allows to come in 35 minutes to Madrid (Moncloa). In San Lorenzo de El Escorial there develop summer courses of the Complutense University. San Lorenzo de El Escorial is a world patrimony of the UNESCO.
