We offer a gorgeous and quiet villa in the city of Madrid (puerta de hierro). There is a privat garrage with an electric gate. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 offices, a big living room, 2 bathrooms, a powerful Jacuzzi, underfloor heating, fireplace, oven, microwave. A huge terrace with view to the mountains, a barbeque and toilet. It is located 2 minutes walk from a very big park (Dehesa de la villa). 5-6 people can easily stay in the house. The kitchen is very large and fully equipped. We have fast internet connection.

Our neighborhood
This house is located in the north east of the city. Nearby there are a supermarket, several bars, hair dresser, shops and more. 7 minute walk from our house there is a metro station (Antonio Machado, line 7), bus stops and restaurants. It takes around 20 minutes to get to the city center with a metro. The nightlife of Madrid is amazing, perfect for people that like to eat out, have a drink in a bar, listen to live music, see flamenco shows and different kinds of other shows. We are a couple in our late 30's, academic and have a 4 years old daugther. I'm a physician and my husband is a university professor. We like to visit different places, especially sunny places. We would like to exchange houses mainly in the school holidays. A car exchange is an option and an advantage (in case a flight has to be taken). We are looking for an exchane in Spain or Portugal in August 2011.  = marks the location of this home
