Description of our house

Our home is a nice 3-bedrooms apartment with 2 terraces --- one covered, and a big roof-terrace with wonderful views. The kitchen is not a big one, but contains everything, and we have an utility room as well. The house has 2 stores --- we live at the top, and our neighbor at the 1 floor, is German, and lives - like us - only here part of the year. We have a lovely summer-house in Denmark, where we spend all summer and a couple of the winter months as well.

We live in a very quiet area, but also near to "everything"--- shopping - beach-bars-cafés-restaurants. Bank and bus as well. Nearest town is Llucmajor, and nearest city is Palma de Mallorca -- both about 15-20 min. away. Airport also about 15 min. away, with frequent flights daily to Barcelona. Mallorca is known for its lovely beaches - of cause - but offers a range of activities --- biking - walking - golfing. (3 golf courses within 15 min.) You can also go by bike all the way to Palma along the coast. Bus is outside the door, but only every 2 hours. From Arenal frequently. Car is not necessary, but recommendable if you choose to stay for a longer period of time. There is SO much to see, and a trip to the mountains is a "must". And do go to Palma to stroll along the old town at night --- charming! Something about ourselves

We are a Danish couple, who LOVES TO SKI!!! Lilian and Peter - 65 years-- and have been living here in Mallorca part of the year since 1998. We have 3 daughters in Copenhagen, who come here as often as possible. (Not enough). But they love it! We have been living in the countryside for about 10 years, but bought a lovely summerhouse in Denmark 4 years ago, where we now spent a lot of time as well -- that is why we find it more convenient with a flat. And we did not regret it. Everything is so nice and easy here. Peter plays golf every day, and Lilian walks - bikes - and joins a fitness-club in the hotel Marriott near Llucmajor. In the warm period, we go to the beach in the afternoon. We have Danish - English and German friends, so we are NEVER bored! We would prefer to go to your house in the winter months to ski, and our flat is available from may until beginning of september, so it will have to be non-simultaneous unless you would like to go to DK in the early spring or autumn. Then you could use our house in DK. We are mainly looking for objects in a skiing area!!!
