We are also interested in long term exchanges of up to 6 months or more, but not exclusively in which case we can offer use of a car and small boat.
We have two newly completely refurbished, Extremely, spacious properties in a very safe and secure setting, ideal for children and adults as the beach is just outside .
The photos do not show up their lustre. One has three bedrooms and two bathrooms , one has two bedrooms and two bathrooms both have large balconies looking onto the beach, marble floors through out, and they are set in immaculately maintained gardens, with swimming pool at back and beach at front.They are both fully furnished and have fully fitted kitchens.
Each one has one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a king size bed while the other bedrooms have single beds.Telephones are there as are televisions, high speed internet. The balconies have tables and chairs for alfresco dining. We offer plenty of room for 4 or 6 persons.

Thanks to the short distance, of 12 minutes by car, to the City of Palma,our apartments are suitably situated for all the facilities on offer in the city famous for its Royal Yacht race, Art Galleries, chic shopping , Jazz and Music Bars, fine dining, historic buildings etc.There are 18 golf courses on the island ,one only 5 minutes from us. The renowned Marina of Puerto Portals "the place to mix with and dine outside with the in crowd" is only 7 minutes, away by car. high speed internet
