Description of our house

The villa is modern and has been luxuriously furnished in a minimalist style. It has two bedrooms with double beds which have sea views and direct access on to the terrace, and one bedroom with twin beds (all with ceiling fans and air conditioning). One fully fitted bathroom with bath/shower and one fully fitted bathroom with shower. One seperate wc. The living area is large, with an open plan fully fitted kitchen with direct access onto the terrace and sea views. All the floors are tiled, as is the terrace. We intentionally have no tv, internet access or 'phone land line, but there is a mobile 'phone signal! This is an escape from it all home.

Our villa is south facing in an extremely quiet location on the beautiful island of Formentera. It has 80,000 square metres of land reaching to the cliffs including about 500 metres of coastline. The island is small enough to get around by bicycle, but a car is recommended. Formentera is renowned for its beaches and nature. Very good restaurants too. Something about ourselves

We are a couple in our fifties, I am a jewellery designer and my husband is a Company Director. We have done two previous home exchanges which were a great success. We take great care of our own home and we are very respectful of other people's homes and belongings. This is a second home so we do not need to do a contemporaneous swap.
