Description of our house
We owe two apartments on the small island of Ibiza, where the hippies lived in the sixties and this spirit is still alive.
One of them has 175mē with four doublebedrooms and three bathrooms and is in the buzzling center of the city directly on the sandy beach and the other one has 65mē with one doublebedroom and one bathroom and is about 800m from citycenter in a very quiet condo with pool, 50m from the beach.
Both have seaviews and are very personally decorated.
If you are interested in spending some time in the north of Germany on the Baltic Sea 60km north of Hamburg, we also have an apartment there with 92mē and one and a half bedrooms.

Our neighborhoodIbiza has about 100.000 inhabitants and about 60 beaches.The sun shines almost every day and the temperatures don`t fall under 15 degrees celsius during daytime in the winter. Santa Eulalia is a nice town with 20.000 inhabitants, where there is live the whole year.
During summertime the worlds biggest and best clubs like "Privilege" and "Space" are open and you can meet the beautiful and famous people,like millions of tourists do every year.
You can do little cruises round the island, go fishing or rent a boat for your own to discover the mediterranean sea, which is as nice as the carribeans, with crystalclear water and white sandbeaches.That is why we have about 3000 boats on the island.
Barcelona, one of the nicest cities of the world, is around 300 km away.
Another Balearic Island is Mallorca, only 100 km away.

Something about ourselvesWe are a german couple without children, Non smokers, 41 and 43 years old. We live since 7 years on Ibiza and love to travel around the world.
We have a restaurant in the harbour of Santa Eulalia, which we can leave alone with our employees for 2 or 3 months, best time would be from January to May.
