Our house is situated in Aracena, a town of about 7000 inhabitants, 90 km from Seville (one hour drive from the airport), 70 km from Portugal and one hour and a half drive from the beaches of the Costa de la Luz in Huelva. In July and August the average maximum temperature is 34ºC and the average minimum temperature is 16ºC. However, the average temperature is 25ºC.Temperatures can be higher during heat waves, but it is not typical.
The duplex has two bedrooms, a study and a kitchen en-suite.The wooden ceilings and floors in some of the rooms make them very cosy and comfortable.
The house is located in the centre of the town, near the cave of wonders, swimming pools, sports facilities, the theatre and other services in an unsurpassed natural environment.
Nuestra casa está situada en Aracena, un pueblo de unos 7000 habitantes, a 90 km de Sevilla (una hora desde el aeropuerto), 70 km de Portugal y a una hora y media de la costa de la Luz en Huelva. Las temperaturas medias son 34ºC de máxima y 16ºC de mínima. Sin embargo, la media de temperaturas es 25ºC. Las temperaturas podrían ser más altas durante una ola de calor, pero no es algo usual.
Duplex de dos dormitorios, un estudio, dos baños y cocina incorporada al salón. Con techo y suelo de madera en algunas habitaciones, es muy cálido y confortable. Está ubicado en el centro del pueblo junto a la gruta de las maravillas, piscinas municipales, polideportivo, teatro y demás servicios en un entorno natural insuperable. The house is located in the centre of the town,so it is surrounded by a wide range of tapa bars to sample the mountain specialities such as Iberian pork, cheese and mushrooms, another speciality of the region.
In Aracena there is the Cave of Wonders, a natural monument that receives thousands of visitors each year. You can also visit the castle, the outdoor museum of contemporary art and the museum of ham.

The Natural Park Sierra de Aracena y Picos de Aroche shows a landscape of pastures and chestnut forest inhabited by a rich and varied fauna and small mountain villages of great historical value.

We are Joaquín(46) and Elena(40), a couple of secondary school Maths teachers. We have two children aged 7and 8, who are really well behaved. We are interested in getting to know some other interesting places in summer and we think this is a great way to travel and see different countries. Our wish is to see with our children other places and cultures.

Somos Joaquín y Elena, de 46 y 40 años, una pareja de profesores de matemáticas de enseñanza secundaria. Tenemos dos hijos de 7 y 8 años, con muy buen comportamiento. Queremos conocer otros lugares interesantes en verano y pensamos que ésta es una buena forma de viajar y conocer países.
Buscamos nuevas experiencias para nosotros y nuestros hijos además de conocer otros lugares y culturas.
