Luxury 19th century apartment with a nice balcony with a nice view of a garden with 500 thousand century threes. The house is very big and furnished with modern furniture and lovely painting and antiques. It`s very sunny and has lost of light. It has 3 stays. 4 very big rooms, a huge kitchen and 3 big bathroom all with a beautiful mosaic. The lamps are Venecian style with cristal glasses. On the ground beautiful carpets from the most well know tapistry from Europe. On the summer time we remove them for conservation and let the parquet floor. The weather is sunny and warm. It`s never to cold in the winter but we have central heating and air conditioning. Hig speed internet, TDT TV. In the kitchen you have micro wave, owen, washing dishes, 2 frigidaires a a marble table sitting 8 people. On the laundry room you have washing machine, drier and vapor iron. Outside of the apartment we have bicicles. There is a possibility to have a maid if you wish.

Our neighborhood
We are in the center of the old city in front of the mot important department store of Spain, in front of the tourist office, and 15 min away by subway or bus from the complex called "The city of the arts and science" it is the widest modern arquitectonic complex of the worl. Includes a museum of sciences, the biggest aquarium, The largest modern Opera of Europe and the hemisferic with 3D proyections. The old market it`s also something special with all the fresh fished, meets and vegetables inside a very original building in front the small streets with the most old institutions of the region. the cathedral, the lonja, the city hall...In this moment Valencia it`s having the America`s Cup, and next year it will have the formula one down the port. I study at the Amercan university of Paris, in Georgetown and in Boston and graduate in business administration. Now I have 3 boys aged 18th, 16th and 13th, they went near Boston 2 years ago and we all loved the USA. I will like to go with them to review my English and they can practice too being there. So I hope you would like to come to Valencia. I will send all the brochures in English for information about the city and the sourroundings.
