Semidetached house, 175 sq m: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious and sunny. The garage is in shop floor, the living room and the kitchen and one bathroom are in the first floor, and the 3 bedrooms and a second bathroom are in the second floor. We have a patio of about 13 sq m. It is our second residence where we spend weekends and part of our holidays. It is a new house 8 years old, it is in a very quite part of the village, near of historical houses and the church. The house is in the centre of the village and the country and land is 5 minutes walking from the house.

Our neighborhood
The village is placed in the south of Navarre; it is about 3000 people, with some beautiful historical houses that are common in Spanish villages. It is placed near the Natural park of Bardenas Reales (15’ driving), Tudela, Olite and the capital of Pamplona (45’). It is very well communicated by train (it has a train station that communicates directly with Madrid, Zaragoza, Pamplona, San Sebastian, Barcelona), and also there is daily bus to Pamplona. The village is very nice and quite, surrounded by contry and also there is a river at about 30 minutes walking. It is a pleasure for us to spend our free time walking, reading, and enjoy being in the nature. Also it is very nice place to have the siesta, in summer or winter. We are a couple (we are in the second part of the forties) with 3 children, aged: 15-12-10. My husband is a family doctor, he spends most of the time studying also when holidays, and so our second house is perfect for him. My children are very well educated and really very happy, and about me: I am economist, I work in an American company. We likes a lot skiing, swimming, children also play tennis, adn football. I spend my life between work and attending this family, but also I get time to read, watch tv films and go out for a walk with my husbund. We both go o the gym in winter. All e love travel, we have visit Rome, Paris and London, and we will like to know other countries, USA, Canada, any country in Europe, specially for the long holidays in August, and aslo we can interchange with Spanish or French people for short holidays or long weekends. Our main holidays will be about 8 to 25 of August. Non simultaneous would be OK.  marks the location of this home
