My apartment is modern and housed in an modern building in the heart of the Eixample district of Barcelona.its on the 4th floor and there is a lift to the front door.
The street is one of the few in the area that is one lane of traffic so is much quieter than most of the city. The living space is contemporary and very comfortable
The main bedroom has a large double water-bed. The smaller bedroom has a single bed.
The terrace gets the afternoon sun and is large enough for two to eat outside, or for sun bathing.
There is a porter and underground parking This a no smoking zone.

Eixample is close to all things in Barcelona, its the gay centre of the city but the apartment is far enough away to be quiet.
this district is very convenient for bars, clubs, shops and the centre of the city, Placa Catalunya is a 15 minute walka and Placa Espanya a 15 minute walk.
The beach is 20 minutes by bus and its three blocks to the nearest metro, station Urgell.
