We are in the first floor in Levante’s building, at the Marina Dor resort. It is in Oropesa del Mar, a little town which belongs to Costa Azahar (Castellon)
We like this apartment because of the place where it is, in front of the Mediterranean sea, five kilometers of beach to go for a walk, its swimming pool, it is located just join the bigger European Bath with sea water and an special microclimate with good weather all year.
The apartment has two double bedrooms and two baths. There is a sofa in the living room, TV and DVD. The kitchen has a washing machine, fridge, frozen and an electric oven and all kind of ménage.
There is not available wifi and dishwasher.
A guard man takes care the building and the swimming pool and he lives in the 4º floor.
El apartamento esta en la primera planta del Edificio Levante, en el resort Marina Dor, en la localidad de Oropesa del Mar en la Costa Azahar (Castellon).
Compramos esta casa por su ubicación, frente al mar, cinco kilometros de playa para pasear,con piscina, justo al lado el mayor balneario de agua marina de Europa y un microclima que permite tener buena temperatura todo el año.
El apartamento tiene dos domitorios dobles y dos baños completos. El salon comedor tiene un sofa que tmbien puede ser cama. TV y DVD. La cocina tiene lavadora,frigorifico y horno electrico. We are Carlos and M Carmen discovering this new way to make friends and visiting new places.
Carlos is a teacher of music and I am economist, working to Spanish government. We are in the fifties but we feel enough young and healthy.
We love all kind of music and art. We like visiting museums, cathedrals, historic buildings, etc.. We enjoy the beach as much as the mountains. Reading, yoga and meditation are our main hobbies.
We will take care of your home as much as ours.

Carlos es musico de guitarra clasica y yo economista que trabajo para el gobierno español. Estamos en la decada de los cincuenta, pero nos sentimos jovenes y saludables.
Nos gusta mucho la musica y visitar museos, catedrales, edificios historicos, etc.. Disfrutamos de la montaña y de la playa en cuanto podemos y nuestra principal afición es leer además de practicar yoga y meditación. Cuidaremos tu casa tanto como la nuestra.
