Notre maison est très confortable et ensoleillée.
Au rez de chaussée elle a une cuisine separée du salon, une petite toilette et deux terrasses où vous pourrez y avoir du soleil ou de l'ombre, à volonté. La terrasse à l'arrière donne sur un jardin clos où se trouve la piscine. Les repas sur la terrace sont très agréables.
Au prémier étage vour trouverez trois chambres, la chambre maritale, celle des enfants et une troisième que nous utilisons comme studio, cette dernière dispose d'un futon pour lire ou se réposer qui peut se convertir en lit pour quelques nuits. Aussi à cet étage, il y a une salle de bain.
Au deuxième étage se trouve un solarium où vous pourrez vous relaxer avec les vues sur les montagnes au coucher du soleil, et plus tard les étoiles.
Our house is very comfortable and sunny.
The ground floor has a separate kitchen from living room, a small toilet and two terraces where you can have sun or shade . At the terrace on the back overlooking a walled garden where is the pool. Meals on the terrace are very pleasant.
Upstairs are three bedrooms . The main bedroom, the children's room and a third that we use as a studio, it has a futon to read or relax, which can turn into bed for a few nights. Also on this floor, there is a bathroom.

Notre maison se trouve dans un ensemble résidentiel clos avec trois piscines à cinq minutes de la plage. Entourée par la nature, la campagne et a côté du parc naturel "Sierra de Irta". On peut faire des randonnées, du vélo, sports nautiques... Et aussi du tourisme: visiter Peñíscola(30Km), les îles Columbretes, Morella petite ville médiévale 100Km), Tirig avec ses grottes néolithiques(50Km) ou Valencia (118Km) Nos voisins sont très gentilles et accueillants, la plupart d'entre eux a des enfants.

Nous sommes un couple avec deux enfants, Sara qui a dix-sept et Ignacio avec onze.Nous avons deux petits chiens, mère et fils, que nous aimons emporter avec nous quand nous voyageons à la campagne. Nous aimons voyager en famille et connaître d'autres pays, d'autres personnes. Nous aimerions voyager en Suisse pendant une quinzaine de jours cet été. Nous travaillons tous deux Antonio dans un bureau comme conseiller en travail et Carmen est professeure dans un lycée. Nous avons eu notre premier échange en Août 2009, un autre en 2010 et le dernier l'été de 2011, et nous désirons répéter cette magnifique expérience.
We are a married couple with two children Sarah, who is seventeen and Ignacio with eleven. We love family travel and experience other countries other people. We would like to travel to Switzerland or Ireland for 15 days days this summer. We are both working. Antonio works in an office as a consultant working and Carmen is a professor in a secondary college. We had our first exchange in August 2009 another in 2010, and the last in 2011 Summer and we would like to repeat this wonderful experience.
