Recently built apartment in Noja (Cantabria), 50 km from Bilbao and 20 Km from Santander. This is not our main residence, but a summer home with an ideal location 10 minutes from two long and beautiful sandy beaches. It has a large garden and a small communal swimming pool, as well as private parking space. The flat is fully furnished, with a small kitchen and individual heating. This is an ideal place for a couple with children who want to take a relaxing few days' break on the beach and near the mountains.

Noja is a small seaside town halfway between Bilbao and Santander, in Northern Spain, in a green and mountainous region. It has two enourmous beaches, which make it a very popular tourist destination during the summer. The beautiful Cabárceno Wildlife Park is nearby, with hundreds of animals from every continent which live almost in total freedom thanks to the huge dimensions of the animal enclosures. The park is set in a natural environment of great beauty. Bilbao is only 25 miles from Noja, and you can see there the Bilbao Guggenheim Museum. We are a 49-year-old university lecturer and a very well behaved 7-year-old boy. We are keen to visit large European and/or American cities, ideally in the summer, but we are open to other suggestions. We could also exchange during our winter and Easter holidays. Last summer we made a swap with a family of London and there was a great experience.
