Really beautiful condo with a privated garden of 300 metres. A 25 meters solarium. Big green community areas, security places for children and a community swimming-pool. The home is full equiped even with a dryed. We have 3 bedrooms full equiped, and we have a bed-sofa in the TV room. But the best of our home is the privated 300 meters garden....and the solarium. Please, look at the pictures. In Google Earth you can write "Alberico Pardo Santander" an you will see a community with a Swimming-pool. That is our community.

Our neighborhood
Santander is in Cantabria, the North of Spain, a very green area and with the most beautiful beaches in the country. Our home is in a quiet community. The city is one of the most beautiful cities in Spain. National Parks (parque natural dunas de liencres), mountains (Picos de Europa), very long sunny clean beaches just in the city center, Very nice towns (Santillana del Mar, Cabárceno, Comillas, Potes, Santoña. You will enjoy the Spanish city, the Spanish people, the sun..... Is a good surfing and golf area. You have in 80 Km the famous Gouggenheim Museum of Bilbao. From the Santander airport (5 minutes driving from our home) you can take low cost Flyes (even go and back for 30 euros) (www.ryanair.com)to many cityes of Europe such as London, Rome, Paris, Liverppol, Milan, Frankfourt, Madrid... If you want to see our home in "google earth", look for in "google earth" "alberico Pardo Santander". You will see two swimming-pool in the computer then...go to the swimming-pool of the top of the picture, and that is our community....... Something about ourselves
We are a family of two adults (32 years old) with three children (9, 6 and 4). We are nurses in a big hospital. We like surfing, children, travelling........and we like to meet people. We will be pleasant of borrow you our habitual home. In summer 2007 we have done our first exchange and everything was really OK. We would like a long-term home exchnage in any English spoken country, near the beach.  marks the location of this home
