The house is very close to the beach (50 meters, level ground), where you can swim, eat and drink, go shopping, take a boat trip, waterski, scuba dive, boat parachutes, fishing, rent a pedal boat, and a lot more. You have two supermarkets 40 meters from the house where you can buy everything. In front of the house there is also a public swimming pool. 200 meters from the house you have a tourist information office, a children playground and tennis courts, and bus station. In 5 minutes walking you get to the shopping center, with boutiques, restaurants, supermarkets, pubs, discos, etc. There's a thrilling nightlife too. With a car or bus you can visit a lot of great attractions nearby like the famous dunes of Maspalomas, Aquatick Parks, the exotic Palmitos Park, the charming fishing village of Mogan, the beautiful mountains and "barrancos" (ravines) of the island, golf courses, amusement parks, etc.

Hi, we are Sacha (39, software engineer) and Olivia (37, lawyer), both working for the local government, and our daughter Patricia (6). We have done home exchanges three times so far (England, Norway & Switzerland), and they were all great.
We love travelling and good life, and our daughter is well educated. We will care of your home as it were ours. We are all non smoking. We live in the city of Las Palmas (45 minutes by car from Puerto Rico) and this is a second house we use for weekends and holidays. If you enjoy the sun, the beach, water activities with kids or night life, you will like it. There are a lot of direct flight from european cities to the airport of Gran Canaria, which is 30 min. away by car.
If we exchange to a big house, my mom & sister would join us with her daughter (6).
