Spacious sunny apartment on two floors. The upper floor has a lounge with built in bar for those who like a tiple!! and a very large roofterrace where the BBQ is situated plus a wood round table to seat six. The lower level has large lounge come diner leading onto another terrace with table & four chairs this over looks the gardens which have two swiming pools. Both floors have lovely sea & mountain views. All floors are marble & doors wooden. Comfortable sofas indoor dinng table seats six. Main bedroom has an on suite bathroom. From the ground floor lobby there is a lift or stairs to reach the apartment & under ground parking is also available.

Our neighborhood
We are situated in a quiet corner with mountains behind us with only a ten minute walk to the sea front. Shops, bars & restaurants five to ten minute walk. The small sea port is visable from the apartment so you can watch the ferries sailing off to the other Islands. The local town is Los Cristianos which was once just a small fishing village though it's grown still retains the friendly atmosphere. Something about ourselves
We are Tim & Joy also(Coco our dog) in our late fifties retired early to enjoy our lifes & catch up on missed holiday's (due to having our own business) We like to keep fit using the gym regarly. Joy horse rides usualy twice a week and of course Coco gets lots of walks. Our favorit entertainment is finding good restaurants to dine out with frinds or having them to dinner.  = marks the location of this home
