Vilafranca is a city of medieval origin, although in our region have lived Iberians, Romans and Muslims. Our neighborhood is very well located, ten minutes walk from the historic center of Vilafranca. We have many major food stores and services in the same block.
Our region, Penedès, is a land rich in culture, landscape, cuisine and traditions. We are fortunate to offer visitors, medieval culture, modernist and wine culture, there are many wineries and cava in the region, including the prestigious Bodegas Torres and Jean Leon that produce excellent wines.
At 15 minutes from Vilafranca, have the beaches of Sitges and Vilanova to enjoy the scenery, Sitges is a seaside town prized for its boardwalk, museums and streets of Fisheries and Mediterranean settings with lots of nightlife and dining.

At 45km is the great city of Barcelona, ​​famous for its culture, modernism architecture, night life, the old town... At 50km is the town of Tarragona, facing the sea, with a great history and main capital of the Roman Empire in the Iberian Peninsula.

We are a catalan couple in ours 45, eager to travel, and thit is the second time we opted for this method of home exchange. On july of 2012 we travelled to Glasgow, and was very satisfactory for us.
We love travelling and experience other cultures.
